Love these deep dives showing how long things *actually* take to do, and showing all the little details that gets lost in the «do this in 5 minutes* tutorials :) Anyone here remember the tutorials from the «Pirates of Confusion»-channel? That was some insane stuff going on in those fusion-tutorials.

Hey there; as a senior compositing artist here in France, just a word : I'm not the targeted audience anyway but I can confirm I would have done almost everything the same way, with a couple of minor exceptions* maybe ;). Funny to see someone lively doing the same job as oneself BTW. *not sure I would have made the clean plate this way at the beginning + even if not necessary here, I'm pretty sure I would have made a rock solid key for the robot (including fixing edges, light wrap, blablabla ...) 😉- again, totally aware it's not really required here :) Thx anyway :)

I've learned a lot from your videos, keep up the good work! I've been wondering, is there any way to fake a realistic shadow in fusion for green screen work, especially when it comes to creating a shadow for a person. Been messing with the shadow node and depth map but couldn't really come up with good results.

Question: can you explain how to adjust the padlock things inside the spline editor after a intellitrack is done in Fusion v19. I have a clip where fusion loses track mid clip , so I have to run the tracker two seperate times, and I would like to manually “connect” the 2 seperate trackers to together. Is this possible?
