I remember when I first started I hated da rulk workouts before I started them but immediately loved them after. It’s hard to get a workout that pushes you like this one. After a couple months you’ll be moving just like that if you stick with em.

Been using Centr for a bit and I must say that Da Rulk's workouts (especially the one in this video) are insanely hard (im a physically active person as well). He does make it look a hell of a lot easier than it really is lol. Try it yourself (make sure to keep proper form and do not break that form) and see if you are not gasping for breath by the end of just the 1st cluster

I enjoy seeing Rulk's bulk in motion. Wish the vids of him shirtless were clearer. What a hunk!

I was beginning to think if 12 minutes of workout is enough for me but that 12 minute was like a one hour high intense workout

Short but exciting. It's both physically and mentally challenging to coordinate the body and to switch between the movements. Stay sharp🎉

Bruh this is the toughest type of shit you can do to get fit and build a machine. Don't knock it untill you try it. Do this with some cardio and strength training and you will be an absolute unit.
