    Sweet workout, Really like the curl + lunge. Kinda get some of that oly weightlifting vibe without having to go too heavy or have a barbell around. Thanks for the share, keep crushin' !

    Great work out, enjoying using it 3-4 a week and noticing a difference in my fitness and strength - thanks! But are we missing an exercise here? Pretty sure he says six exercises?! Being honest, I didn’t really noticed until a couple weeks into using this work out but I’d be interested to know the missing step 😂

    Saturdays are for light excersises like swimming or surfing and Sunday are for stretching the muscles out then relax for the rest of the dsy
