Great work out, enjoying using it 3-4 a week and noticing a difference in my fitness and strength - thanks! But are we missing an exercise here? Pretty sure he says six exercises?! Being honest, I didn’t really noticed until a couple weeks into using this work out but I’d be interested to know the missing step 😂

5 days of weight lifting then 5 days of this to burn the fat but keep the muscle

Saturdays are for light excersises like swimming or surfing and Sunday are for stretching the muscles out then relax for the rest of the dsy
