What's your advice for getting middle splits. I have been stretching for months with no progress

Do a cheerleader split while facing the middle and grab something to block the "back leg" while attempting to align the "front leg fully stretched out on the side and lean forward a little and put your back leg to the best of your ability in a 90 degree (not perfect) but the knee and leg should make a similar angle...do it gently don't over do it and hold for thirty also do lateral leg slides and side lunges and some clamps before doing so

And I also suggest doin wall splits for ham strings only do I moderately and do the basic touch your toes and some on the floor leg stretches and placing your leg between your arm and being over and lifting your heel up (not a leg hold) and hold the position

look into how your pelvis is positioned, if you feel like your bones are knocking together, tilt your pelvis when you're sliding down, you want to sort of arch your back to allow your bones to slide into place. There are videos on youtube which show what i mean. Once I started tilting my pelvis, I got a good 30cms down at least and thats from just one adjustment
