Mine is legit a parallel thrown like a 45 and I cannot for the life of me get the right angle on it

My dad just said those tosses looked like he could learn them in 5 min. I’m on the floor laughing my jazz shoes off!

The parallel 45s are terrifying to learn. Wish I recorded when I knew how to do it Now I just look like I never knew how and I’m definitely not going to try to learn it again. So many injuries

The toss you made upp was actually really similar to what we used in our winter show but it was a toss exchange and had to be toss behind them

Thank you so much for this video! I haven't been able to find anything that challenges me until this!

The hand that is on the silk is the hand that gives the toss the speed you need while the hand at the tip just gives it the height. So the key is just making the movement fluid, you don't need much force when pulling down. If anything just go out and try it a couple of times with more or less flick till you find the right combination. It's not that difficult once you give it a go.

I have never seen a toss caught like that o.o I will definitely try these sometime! Thank you!

Hi!! omg u r crazy good!! But i dont know if you have a video for this already but i have a solo toss in my show and i want to know if im doing it right and i really want to see you do it. It is kinda hard to explain but its a 45 turn around toss. Its not a regular 45. the prep is in front of you and you move the flag from left to right and you release straight up at your head and turn back to the front to catch. I hope my discription made sense! :P

Angel Gomez I think it's easier to do a toss when the pole is weighted, because the weights can carry the flag around quickly. Tailz is pretty strong looking at the way he whips around an unweighted flag ;-)

Ashy Stargazer I think it is because his flag wouldn't have gone as high if he didn't have any weights
