Like the Liberty Rifles videos. Not too many "WELL-FED- erates" or "Yankee POT(belly) ROASTS" as you see in far too many reenactment videos. Most of these guys look the part. Great casting for authenticity.

I've had the opertunity to ride on the limber - but pulled by a truck.. I'd love the opertunity to ride again but pulled by horse. *LIKED* the video pards -- LT

Out of curiosity, why are some of the cannoneers not wearing wast and/or saber belts?

Hi Daniel, great question. Cannoneers were not issued waist belts like infantrymen. Although Ordnance Returns show many cannoneers were provided sabers and saber belts, it varied based upon unit and time, with most batteries issuing sabers only to mounted sergeants and/or drivers. The unit being represented at this event had not issued sabers to their cannoneers.
