Thank you for your reply. I was writing a report(had a short time) in which I wanted to include the pictures of stressed area. That's why I needed it.

Question: Where the 5 degree come from?

When i want to use some gear from toolbook , there always " failed to get writeable document ", how can i solve this problem

You need to reinstall solidworks it this is the only way I know currently

why it has stress when there has no force or torque acting on it?

assume i put my hand on your face and i start moving it . Now your face will under stress . In this case gear given rotation some degrees and other gear fixed guess what will happen one is try to rotate other did not

Why dont you have to mesh the two gears
