@@Segeric It is an honor. Thank you for 12 years of unbreakable memories so powerfully cherished that no one can take it from us. You & Starscreamlive are the Progenitors of [as] bump tubers & [as] bump music + you're 2 out of the 4 horsemen/guardians of [as] bump music & [as] GEN1 crew. Even though it's been a while since your last bump i knew you never left. You were always there as Overseer. Thank you Segeric for all that you've done for the [as] bump community. I've seen many [as] bump tubers come & go. I've seen some stop & produce their own music with [as] bumps as their inspiration. I've seen some stopped entirely & never heard from again. I've seen a [as] bump tuber start so strong, so bright that it ended half as long he's called Hurleyboi8787, I'm sure you've heard or seen his bumps. Hit after hit then... nothing, just nothing. It's been at this point 12 years & nothing. His last, arguably his best titled: "Adult Swim Bump Blue" has got to be in the top 100 even top 50 [as] bump music of all time. I've seen newbies in the [as] bump community the past few years emerge. This 1 in particular has potential. He's called Justin Hendon. He started in November 2018, i know that doesn't sound new but compared to you or Starscreamlive it's new. He's like a mixture of you & Starscreamlive. I'd argue he's the best of [as] GEN2 & still going. I haven't left a comment in any of his videos at the time of me typing this but i was always there watching & listening. He's got spunk, determination, & commitment. Like i said a mixture of you & starscream. & if he's reading this waterfall of texts... I'm proud of him. I'm sorry if this is too much text segeric but you need to know that you & Starscream have created something immaculate. Something that grew with us for over 13 years. I've been a humble listener in the community but over time i became an Archiver. & just like the bronze age or ice age in history this community had a golden age AKA GEN1 but i need a subtitled name for the Golden age/G1 & i hope in the future you & Starscream can talk together in agreement of what that subtitled is. Time for me to wrap up. It's been a pleasure Segeric, Thank You King 👑. For everything. & like i always say in every bump video: "& [as] always I'll be here waiting for the next bump cheers"

It's weird how even Adult Swim makes a 5 AM bump whose title is asking you to sleep, like if they already knew you're not supposed to be awaken and should go to work/live your life. This may sound alienated as hell, but it looks like Adult Swim is the only self-aware television network up there...

But we need to keep in mind is. Once the moment is over then what happens after is unknown. We are stuck this way until we go to our inevitable graves. Then you remember the moment you had and you get sad you can never go back to that same moment again as it’s stuck as one large memory forgotten by time. Sleep tight 😁.

While most of us would be knocked out later at night, sometimes I'd stay awake long enough to have the bumper on screen. All the lights would be off, we'd all be resting together, and the only source of light would be the TV on the wall. The sound would be low, but music still up enough to hear. i dont think growing up is fun. i dont like to think, that someday, within 30 years, i have to witness half of my family's death. mom, dad, grandma, grandpa, aunts, uncles, etc. back when i lived in the big city, i had lots of fond memories, and i always remember, after a long day of playing wii, or shooting the shit out of my brother with my nerf guns, dad would come home from work, and i would watch CN, only to come to 8pm. I wish we could go back in time, or live forever. no words explain how much i miss those simpler times, and how much they mean to me. this video brought me right back. thank you for bringing this masterpiece upon me. edit: today, my father was let go of his job after 22 years. i feel saddened to know that this job he has put work into, doing his share, seeing him come home after work for my 14 years of life, will no longer be an occurrence. i miss the big city and it makes it worse to know he has been let go. this isn't a sob story, but just a reminder of life can be absolute shit, but things always resolve them self and get better. thank you for taking time out of your day to read this. edit 6/27/21: hello and im still alive and well. ive learned to take things slow and enjoy them while i can. i got into a relationship around october with the most beautiful person i know. we are still together and going strong. i've gotten out of my more 'depressive' stage and more into a kicked back and relaxed stage, ive found a new hobby and thats collecting old iphones and jailbreaking them and tweaking them, sometimes ever repairing them. thank you guys for coming back every now and again and checking on me as im still alive and kicking.

I just found this song after a long journey. I hold a vivid memory of this song. I dated a girl for 3 years and after a certain point I started staying at her house. After we had been dating a year or so I remember waking up one night to the TV on; this bump was playing. It was deeply dark in the room, my girlfriend's still form sleeping next to me, with the dim glow of the television and this beautifully surreal song playing across the room. I remember just laying there for a while next to the woman I loved, breathing in the still beauty of the moment. I've never forgotten it and now I have found this song after so many years. I haven't spoken to that girl in a long time now. I still think of her from time to time. I need to go to bed.

I remember watching adult swim one night as a kid, it was a first time I had stayed up all night and seeing the pre-dawn twilight in the sky blew my mind. I felt truly conscious of the fluidity of time whereas before it felt segmented by my sleep cycle. "The world keep turning even when you sleep" is just one of the mind altering revelations I experienced thanks to adult swim. This music is more than just nostalgia, to me it represents expanding my horizons

There were so many other people just like me, wasting their life (with all due respect, of course) not knowing what to do with themselves. Though those years have passed, it's nice to know I shared that with so many different people and share the nostalgia still today.

... Why do we have to grow up? Why do we have to get older? Why do we need to be responsible and lose the things that gave our life joy? Why do we not realize what we have until it's long gone? So many "why" questions I ask, almost daily... Ever since I graduated high school, life has just... Sucked. A lot. It's been almost 7 years since that day. I'm still lost, confused, angry, tired, and if I could I'd be crying myself to sleep every night. If I could cry. The nostalgia hurts so much, yet it's comforting... Like a fire you are too close to yet can't move from, since it's the only light you have left... And it's flames get dimmer by the day, making way for the cold of the outside, of reality, of the world around us of cruelty, hatred, greed, and broken people. So much is wrong and you- I- can't escape it. If I could I would, but I can't. I'm terrified. The happy place I left behind, where life was just... Normal. Life was easy to understand and deal with. Now there's so many uncertainties and you're at the whim and mercy of people you don't even know just so you can make enough money to survive. Now there's all sorts of things you gotta do, take care of, deal with, from bills and taxes to news and voting to car care and house care to even just crawling your weak, broken body out of bed to drive to work for an ungrateful, soulless corporation or business that will throw you away the second it deems that you leaving will save it a penny or two. Why can't we just go back to what we had? What I had? Just waking up, go to school, come back, and not care about the world outside because that world is not mine? So many different things just flood into the mind of someone who becomes 18, realizing that everything you've done before was completely pointless and all your school did was teach you a bunch of stuff you have absolutely no need to know instead of teaching you how to handle the world that is now yours instead of theirs. It hurts so much. It gives me a headache almost daily. It makes noises, voices, echo around my head that just get louder and louder each day. I want it to stop. I want to go back. Back before life was shit. When life was good. Why... Why... Just... Why...

Top 10 bump right here, in 16 I started collecting these bumps cause of the nostalgia it brings, crazy cause now it brings nostalgia from different time periods in me life. It even causes certain situations to be nostalgic just cause the music. Now I play bumps just cause I know it will give a nostalgic feeling later. Sometimes I just listen to them for weeks straight, it might be weird but I'm the type that will play a favorite song on repeat until I fall asleep and wake up cause it went off while I was sleeping. 🎶

Reminds me of myself...always going to bed at 5am...can anyone help me? I dont understand why I'm always up late.I need to find a job that either needs me up late....or I need to find a way to sleep. I'm messing with my life this way, hard to explain. Love this playlist though.

romeo5-5 that actually doesn't work for everybody. hell, i'm a night person. If you give me cannabis, it won't make me fall asleep. i'll just be wide awake observing my thought patterns. some of us are just wired differently.

First off i wanna say how dope the comments to the Adult Swim bump videos are. Seems like everyones on that same spiritual late night vibe filled with peace and tranquility, that shits nice. But im looking for a bump thats been stuck in my head for which feels like years and i need your help because i swear it used to play all the time on AS but i cant find it. It was kind up tempo like this one maybe a little slower. From what i can remember it sounded like 2 turn table scratches followed by two quick clicking kind of beats (like the kind clicking you can do by sucking air through the side of your cheek with your mouth clamped down but your lips open) if i could make a sentence out of it, it would sound like: ScratchScratch ClickClick, ScratchScratch ClickClick. With some rainforesty noises and some cricket type noises in the back..i think lol. I know this shit sounds vague asf but please if anyone knows what the hell im talking about help me the fuck out lol.

Thursday, 26th of October, 2023. What a crazy twist of events, transferring from community college to a big Uni, just to crumble under the pressure. Ad now I've transferred yet again, to a sleepy town college, dorming for the first time. My fourth year of college, still a junior. My career future is scary, and it's hard to make friends. But on late nights like these, with music like this, it seems just a little bit easier. Much love to you, hope you're still doing well.

This comment section is so relaxing. I could just have this song on repeat while reading comments all day. But when I read them I realized that most of these comments are from 9 years ago till now. The thought that all of these people with different beliefs, different thoughts, memories, and just different lives all together were here at one point in time is amazing. But that everyone came for the same nostalgic feeling of late nights and good times.

It's amazing how I sound or an image or the combination of both could just really entice you and give you a sense of euphoria and nostalgia that you never would have known that you were going to ultimately appreciate and it's funny how it's the things we don't think about that we appreciate the most.
