For me coloring, reading, journaling, listening to music and playing my games on my tablet are all stress relief.

Same here… minus playing the games part…. I listen to either music or tv shows/movies… helps me a lot stress or everyday life stuff… I have about 200 books (lol) done about (what feels like) @ 150 pages or canvas…

I wish Walmart would fill back up with the Adult coloring books again.

I've been coloring for years, but crayons don't make the grade for me. Not enough accuracy. Coloring with pencils, whether hobbyist grade like Crayola or professional grade like Prismacolor, takes coloring to a new level. Try blending with odorless mineral spirits and small paintbrushes. Wow. You will get a real Roy Lichtenstein feel to the finished product.

Never tried Crazy Art and likely won't. For good old reliability, I'd go for Crayola although I do love my Prismacolors and Polychromos. :) It's hard to go back to something else after coloring with them.

Crayola is the gold standard. They’ve always made the highest quality products.

I love adult coloring books. They have to be advanced. I like to color outdoor scenery. Houses, farms, beaches, trees and sunsets. Prisma and Arteza coloring pencils takes my coloring to a whole nother level. It helps with my mental illness and relieves stress.

Same for me but I like the fantasy ones I have horrible mental health and can only really get out of the house for work And school It helps a lot during episodes
