I was there too and saw the same van. I like the rising bed and huge storage in the SGX version. Can't decide which colour I prefer, I'd like something a bit different maybe (but not the orange thing!). I checked out loads of other vans by other brands on Fiat, VW and Ford platforms and still think the Adria is my favourite. Thanks for the video, I was interested to see what had changed for 2020, pretty minor except the engine(+AdBlu)/gearbox. BTW - the place was packed with people (including me!), too many to really enjoy the show but still spent a whole day walking around.

The pössle lookt promosing as well, but yes I think overall the adria is still the most nice looking one. If you truly want something different collor whise, take the base white one and have it car wrapped.

Didn’t you consider the SGX version??? The rear storage space and double bed are so fantastic compared to the ones in the SLB version. We’ve just decided to order one. Only not sure from where: Germany (lower price), Nl or B...

Great video showing updates from your van to the 2020 model, seems every van now has equal good designs to bad designs, manufacturers just don't seem to be able to look at the competition and see what could be adapted to fit their vans. The main controllers amaze me how basic what are fitted, when there are more modern displays like the SYSTEM PC380. Still while we keep paying what they ask they don't care what they give us, another big thing now here in the UK is the first road fund licence at £2825 is to be added to the cost of the Camper.

There are indeed a lot of better tech options, but they do not come cheap as well. Now they won’t make your camping that much better. Good practical and comfortable layout will do that much more. So for the tech stuff, I hope to upgrade over time, make it a project, sounds like fun 😊. I did not know about that tax in the UK, we have that for cars, but for campers we do not and we only pay €135 on taxes per year. So £2825 is really painful

It would but it takes up space, puts on extra weight and you can’t have a table this big then 😕

Ok Krisstoff, I just got back from the show and I’m going to give it to you straight. There is an insane amount of options out there and it freaks me out how Adria just won’t blow the competition away by making just a few minor tweaks that in my opinion would validate the name “supreme”. Yes the usb situation you talked about. The inadequacy in the faucet choice and the super small sink size just kill it for me. They kept the useless burner on the stove you mentioned. They nickel and dime you on everything you need to add get the near awesome state. I’m surprised they don’t charge you for the air that come with the tires. That’s for free. If they were smart enough to give you a proper display computer option with “Carplay” they would have it. The best and baddest camper van in the market PERIOD. Really easy, am I right? BUT.

You are not wrong but I don’t think it is much better in any of the others. I’ve seen van’s that may have a better stove but than something else is horrible or the layout does not make any sense to me. If you want truely higher quality, you will have to pay even more, like westfalia for example. The build quality of adria is among the better ones and the design is for me still the nicest, everything else I think I can upgrade myself over time. Starting with the damn USB plugs 😅

I’ve been closely following your videos and admire that you wanted the very best Adria twin supreme that money could buy at the time and put all that money in to getting it just the exact way you wanted it. It is regrettable that you weren’t able to have a better sink and stove option than the crappy one and only one they offer. The same is true in just a handful of other areas. I really like this van and would pay extra like you did just to get it exactly right. Unfortunately Adria makes that impossible and I find THAT unacceptable. By the way Kris, can I ask you how much your total cost so far? I would not be surprised by the figure. Like you, I am also willing to commit to that expensive bottom line price but that should be enough on our part. We should not have to go on feeling if only this or that were different or available. It’s a hell of a lot of money. The least we deserve is to have it our way.

At the moment, yes still the adria, especially the 2020 model that addressed some of my complaints. But I would have a hard look at the malibu (upcoming video), i was impressed with the quality on that van.

Thanks for that I’m in the market for a new van I converted a vw t5 and sold that but need to stand up and loo getting older lol. Was looking at man tge also but impressed with your van just reliability of fiat of which I know nothing about concerning me. Carry on with superb and helpful videos mate

Fiat vans are very prominent here in europe. My inlaws have a bustner semi-integral on top of a fiat. Van is 14 years old, no issue whatsoever

Hi Kristof, great Vlog, been following you for a while. We have just ordered the 2020 Twin Supreme SLB with the 9 speed auto box 160BHP. Spoke to our dealer about the toilet flush issue a lot of people have complained about and he said that he can fit an upgraded flush pump under warenty, perhaps its something your dealer can do.

@@vanlossie we pick it up in November, yes we are very excited. We have planned a trip for two weeks in December and January, so it will test the heating and insulation to the max. Our dealer is also fitting a 200w solar panel. So it will be interesting to wee how it performs in winter. Really enjoy your channel.

Gesehen, verglichen, gekauft, habe ich letztendlich den Adria twin supreme 640 slb. Der Kastenwagen mit dem modernsten Design und dem besten Raumkonzept. (Meine Meinung, nach Sichtung aller direkten Konkurrenten)

I completely agree. While they are all similar and each has their own stong points over the other, the Adria has the best score on all fronts especially the modern design.

Interesting There was an oven in the July Preview UK 2020 Supreme SGX 🤔 Maybe they changed their mind ? Still waiting for mine 🙁 But so glad I waited for the new Auto gearbox Hope it lives up to the hype

Yes it’s 160bhp - they’ve had to increase it I think because they now are running AdBlue which maybe sucks some of the power 🙁 plus additional weight with adblue tank ? We ordered the same as the UK preview one in white back in July. Why we seem to get the Light version only though ? Noticed yours is too Adria EU show models seem to be the Heavy chassis with wider front wheel arch extensions and larger brakes but no option to have it here. Anyhow it’s still the van to beat 👍 Unless you have unlimited funds £££ then it’s the Winnebago Revel. Keep the vids coming 👍🙂 I’ll let you know when it lands

How to fix the lack of USB plug on the right : to buy a long power cord (2,5m) to charge your phone from the left side ;-) Stay tuned for more life hacks ;-)

I think I went a little heavy on the anti noise filter and it does some wierd things. I'll try to improve in the next one. I already used the lavalier mic, but it was still to noisy at the salon😩
