A junior officer a lieutenant carries the colour or standard (each regiment either calls it the colour or standard, in a video I heard a footguard call it a standard after the presentation of new colours at Buckingham Palace).
The red sash denotes Seargant - Warrant officers . They are Senior Non Commissioned Officers . 👍

Check the buttons on their tunic - single buttons are Grenadiers, sets of 2 are Coldstream, sets of 3 are Scots, sets of 4 are Irish and sets of 5 are Welsh.

on the great coat they are all evenly spaced its only on the tunic that they are spaced accordingly
It takes hours to keep your kit in pristine condition
Shuffle is distinctive. I think of penguins though

The man with the pace stick and red sash is a senior NCO and not an officer. Officers carry swords.

The Blues and Royals plus Trumpeters of the life Guards wear Red plumes on their Helmet, probably from the time when certain orders on the battlefield were relayed by Trumpeters who stood close to the commanding officer. Also I think it’s Bugle.

What happened to the little soldier that got VIP treatment, you only showed him for a very short time. This was more about the King's Guard.
