Admiral Alexander Kolchak Gives a Speech to the White Army in 1918

Ойын-сауық

Clip from the Russian Movie Admiral
Admiral Alexander Kolchak was a true patriot of Russia and a hero to those of the White forces during the Russian Civil War. As their Supreme Ruler, Kolchak led the Whites in a fight to end Bolshevism, and free Russia and its people.
What the Supreme Ruler said to the White Army
"I pledge and swear before almighty God, His Holy Gospel and the Life-Giving-Cross.
To be faithful and ever true to the Russian State as my homeland.
I pledge and swear to serve it as the Supreme Ruler of Russia, without regard of my life, family ties, or friendship, enmity, or gain, and mindful of the revival
and the success of the Russian State.
Hereby I make the sign of the cross, and kiss the words and Cross of my Savior. Amen."

That man is important because he's standing up on something that elevates him higher than everyone else. He's also taking and no one interrupts him, every one is listening and that sexy chick seems to be looking for him. Kolchak was a extremely reactionary Russian Imperial Navy admiral that after 1917 was the leader of counter-revolutionary White Russian forces in Sibéria. He fought not only the Bolsheviks but all democratic forces in Russia and wanted to restore czarism and the Orthodox Church in power. He was supported until 1919 by an Entente intervention expedituonary force that included US soldiers. That is the reason for the foreign flags, they were his allies. But he was hated by the poor workers that rebeldes against his harsh rule, until he was finally caught by the Soviet government and shot dead. In March 1921, some time later, the Reds expelled all Whites and most foreigners from Russia and won the civil war. Here Kolchak commands his peasant soleiras in a player for protection before a battle.

Admiral Kolchak was just altright reactionary senior czarist officer out for power he and the other white czarist officer lost because they had no political ability they used former czarist bureaucrats who were just out to line their pockets while they could and one of biggest thing people like Kolchak lacked was propaganda something the Bolsheviks had even though they lied every time they opened their mouths or put up their posters however the at the end of the day the reds had a propaganda machine that worked and got their message across so enough people were prepared to fight for them at the sametime the Bolsheviks obviously had better organisation of their army either though it wasn't the best. The white officers with their czarist beliefs failed to capitalise on the connection between the Russian peasantry and the Russian orthodox Church if the white officer Corp had used the connection between the Russian peasantry and the Russian orthodox Church at the sametime if white leaders like Admiral Kolchak had reigned the corruption of the former czarist bureaucrats within his area of influence then he might have won but history of course took a different turn. The white counter revolutionary officers like Admiral Kolchak failed to use the connection between the Russian peasantry and the Russian orthodox Church for propaganda purposes allowed former czarist bureaucrats within their areas of influence to do what they wanted namely such former czarist bureaucrats were allowed to line their pockets those former czarist bureaucrats would have fled once they knew the game was up the other mistake the counter revolutionary white officers made and I would say their biggest mistake was the failure to consolidate control over territory under their influence. The Bolsheviks yes lied through their teeth but their propaganda was much more affective yes the Bolshevik bureaucrats were sometimes corrupt yes the Bolshevik red army had a lot of desertions like the whites but the Bolsheviks had the Cheka secret police to keep a eye on everyone within the areas ruled by the Bolsheviks so the results were the red Bolsheviks won because they had a much better propaganda than the whites the Bolsheviks also had a better bureaucracy than the whites because the Cheka kept them in line so even with a shit army the Bolsheviks beat Kolchak and after they took him prisoner they shot him dead by firing squad all of this lead to a Bolshevik victory and rule over Russia for around seventy years.
