aksfilmsusa I'm not aware of hindi coz I don't speak hindi but in India we call it _Brinjal_ in English & I thought only US called it as eggplants. But I'm sure eggplant is not it's scientific name. Thanks for your reply. Interesting film.

@@NikhileshSurve It is the other way round. The word "brinjal" is used only in Indian English. The rest of the world calls it eggplant.

@@NikhileshSurve ohh yeah you're right... I was mistaken.... But I'm sure the word "brinjal" is used in India only, it's an Indian English word (that's what I heard in an interview of Shashi Tharoor). Btw didn't expect an immediate reply for a reply to a 2 year old comment😊
