This is really helpful. The example of being in school and never doing as good as I thought I could have, really sticks out to me.

Needing an appointment.
As a private client it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone, live chat or email… the portal that is used for clients is awful. Considering it’s meant to be used for people with ADHD I’m guessing it was done to deliberately stress people out more 🙈
Help! How can I get my adult daughter to get tested for adhd. She has done the on line test scoring extremely high. Yet in deniel. She is driving her siblings, her family work colleagues. Can't take it any more also high anxiety disorder. This is at a dangerous point. 😳 😢😢For the family.
