I love how she said it so casually but it makes me question my entire 3 year relationship. 😅 she’s not wrong though! Update: Single. 😅 But one day I’ll remember it wasn’t worth the squeeze.

Thank you so much for your videos. I’ve felt so messed up and so lost for so long. Been feeling so stuck. The exact battle I’ve been punching in the face for the last four years. I want my autonomy back. It’s soul crushing without it when your whole life you had been taking care of yourself and your life’s business with ease.

There is so much great information in this video. Im going to have to listen again! My biggest issue is never finishing things, even if I feel I want them. Writing a weekly list and reviewing I feel will be a start.

thanks for being honest, open + vulnerable about your own journey + not meeting some personal goals but continuing to move forward! the part about moving from CA to TX really hit me hard, I'm a CA native + all of my close fam lives within 3 miles of each other, but my Chicago-born hubby has been trying to convince me to move for years now bc it would put so much extra money from our online business back into our own pockets. Thanks for the inspiring food for thought!

I'll be honest, the move was hard. I wish I could move back (hopefully soon). not because austin isn't great (it is), but my long time friends are all in CA. I also really need consistently good weather to keep my spirits up. California is a hard act to follow.

@@CarenMagill I appreciate your openness! the weather is one of the biggest factors aside from loved ones making me afraid to leave lol, you aren't alone there!

This is so relatable. In 2019 I left my long term career because I hated everything I was doing. I had tried other career paths before and even freelanced for 5 years, but nothing really excited me until I got into triathlon. I finally escaped to pursue a career in fitness...three months into my new career, you know what shut the world down. I got laid off from the gym and launched my CPT business to keep a roof over my head, but then inflation hit and my clients couldn't afford to keep me and I ended up back in my previous career. Needless to say I'm miserable and trying to dig my way back out. Lol! Funny, it was Tim Ferris that gave me hope and then I found your channel which has already been very helpful. Kudos to us GenXers. We never give up.
