Untreated and undertreated ADHD can increase the risk for depression. I haven't seen data on whether psychotic depressions are more common in this scenario than they are for those without ADHD, but it would not be surprising if this is the case.

Hi sir,My cousin is diagnosed with ADHD but not any therapy or medications.Her father's sister had schizophrenia and her distant relative had a psychotic episode.Does she has risk of developing schizophrenia or any psychotic symptoms later in her life ?If yes what measures should be done to prevent it ?? The risk increases with the number of blood relatives who have schizophrenia like conditions, but with an aunt and one distant relative, she still is considerably more likely to NOT develop a psychotic disorder than to develop one. I would avoid amphetamine products, and minimize alcohol and marijuana consumption, if I had that family history.

I'm a little worried about my son he’s being diagnosed with psychotic and He was using cannabis for several years developed this disease. the doctor prescribed him olanzapine 10 mg. But he was having a lot of problems with concentration at school and the doctor recommended that he use adderal P.M 20MP. He's 17 year old this is last year of high school. I don't know if the combination of these 2 medications can harm him. What you think?

Since I don't have a doctor patient relationship, and don't know all of the details, I can't offer medical advice. But my thoughts are that olanzapine is highly sedating and many people prefer aripiprazole (Abilify) because it is less likely to be sedating, and has been shown to have some efficacy in ADHD. I would not prescribe Adderall to anyone with a history of psychosis, because the risk of recurrence is so high.

So if I have schizophrenia disorder can I take stimulants meds ? Or how I can treat my adhd

My strong recommendation would be to avoid stimulants. Other than CBT and other behavioral approaches, many people with ADHD do benefit from non-stimulants like guanfacine, modafinil, viloxazine and buproprion. I have videos on each of these in this channel.
