I can’t do the slime-I hate okra (Africans from the diaspora are shocked when African Americans say this), but your presentation, enthusiasm and beautiful displays-always inspire me and keep me coming back for more. 🌟
I just love how different cultures have ways of cooking almost the same type of food excellent. I'm Haitian American and we call this Lalo, made a little differently but looks so amazing.

I am so frustrated I can't get to this food!
I’m off to the market 🏃🏾♀️🏃🏾♀️🏃🏾♀️🏃🏾♀️
Wow, looks very delicious 😋. I really want to try this. Thanks for sharing. I love you sister madam😘.
U no doubt enjoyed it , I can imagine, u actually upgraded the old Ademe soup to a higher potential energy, taste level with the crab and the smoke fish, perfect Match, girl u in, ejaagba ntoh, this is the whole Volta region in ghana/ letogoo, julasame , ablokomeh ,ashigameh approved and certified ademe soup. U and Ndudu do it better. Good stuff
I watch a few number of Ghanaians and once a while Nigerian food u-tubers but I just love your style, I love cooking myself and your method is so similar to mine. Minimal to zero cubes loaded with msg and the use of fresh ingredients especially lots of onions(secret to good food), galic, ginger. Good try on the ateme soup. We Ewes always finish our soups with ground fresh ground & chunky onions. Trust me it takes the taste to another level. I also finish off with sliced ginger and galic for more freshness. Ioads of love sister madam!

You make everything look tasty even though I intensely dislike Molokhia (Egypt).
Wow 😮, just run into this wonderful channel full of great dishes. The ewedu talk got my attention. Please where can I buy the jute leaves. I live in Chandler, new in the area and don’t know places, originally from Nigeria. Thanks for the yummy dish. I love when you added the dawadawa seasoning 😋

Welcome to AZ! The store is called Lee Lee’s market. Google to find the address. There’s another store on same road (Dobson) known as Mekong market. They also carry fresh gree. Leafy vegetables, and many other fresh produce.
Wow, did you plant them yourself?
🔥✔️
❤️❤️❤️❤️👏
Nana don't be greedy eating all the crispy fish skin!!
Nanaaba, this is pure torture🤣 please send some my way. Wish I could find fresh ademe here in TX. It’s always the frozen ones and don’t look as green.
