It was BGT, not X Factor, and she was only 6 yrs old. She sang Over the Rainbow, and stunned everybody. She parlayed that into a hit album that went all over the world when she was 7. She grew up pretty impressively didn't she, still a great voice.

Having just listened to about 3 hours of your songs I can see your development and the timbre is getting richer , which is exactly what you need. My god, you are so good. Please don't change. There are millions out there rooting for you. My daughter wants to sing Opera . I have just sent her your videos. I know you have your own life to live but while you are doing that remember that there are people in this world who will lift you up when you need it because you have done the same for us. The high notes are incredible, but it's the low notes that I find heart wrenching and beautiful.

Five year's ago when she sang this song 'count on me' that's my favorite and now she still the one that I've always wanted to hear her voice over and over again Greetings from Philippines (2019)

Connie has that special gift of making every song her own. I always like her versions better than the originals. She just makes them come alive and rest in your bones.

Does anyone actually know why Connie is not as famous as Adele, like this girl is IT, IT! i just don't even get it anymore.. her videos all easily get more than 1mil hits, etc.. Connie is a star, i want to hear her everywhere like i hear Adele (even playing on the speaker in the grocery store) haha

+SimplyNay Connie is just simply at the beginning of her career and both she and her parents want to make sure that she gets her education and grows up as a normal person. Therefore, they have not been is great hurry, but prefer to let Connie's talents and opportunities grow naturally.   You might observe that Connie gets noticeably better almost video by video. Without pressure, her incredible abilities grow strong with little pressure or distortion. Rest assured that when she is ready, a record label will back her with good promotion and then indeed you WILL hear her everywhere. This is not a wish or guess, but a necessary result. Just watch within 2 years.

There are some videos from the concert, but even with a hard work with the sound, they can never reach the live performance. It think Connie are improving much right now. Especially with the mellow songs. As i wrote above: It was breathtaking! I´m still smiling. :) @ErikFVS

Bryan S the high note was better than adele's agreed. But she has a little bit of autotune on it. And adele also. But she is so young. The older you get the harder it gets and def on big tours like Adele! She does like 2 shows a night. Adele hasn't come with new songs for 4 years already. Wait before you hear her with her new album in 2019. You'll be blown away. Anyway not hate at all Conny is prob one of the best teen singers i' the world

+Emilie Hornshøj Mortensen I've just spent about an hour or more listening to (female) covers of "When We Were Young" and none of them comes anywhere near Connie's cover. Very few cover artists managed the high note and none held it anywhere as long as Connie did.

I was almost counting the hours til this cover, and my high expectations were dwarfed. Absolute magic!

That note at the end makes me want to cry😭. It's so perfect.

Imagine her parents filming her and crying everytime she sings it must be difficult for her seeing them crying without getting emotional! she's amusing ❤❤

I rarely comment on videos, but that huge note towards the end is quite literally perfect. I actually prefer the sound of this version to Adele's. I'm watching this year's after it came out she has a BEAUTIFUL voice i mean SHE looks like a movie and sounds like a song she is also gorgeous! Everything about her is just aaaaaahhhhhhh!!!! Amazing like how!?!? This girl has a future! I might cry!

It will only take one of Connie's songs to go viral for her to hit the big time, these covers are extraordinary ..but I'm waiting on that song that brings her onto my radio, so I can listen to her as I work, and smile knowing what we already knew and believed in her from the start.

I listen to Connie all the time. I am very careful in my judgment. I must say in this song, Connie definitely does it better than Adele and I LOVE most of Adele's stuff and there is no disrespect at all to that wonderful artist when I say this. I am saying Connie is in the first rank of all singers and it seems she will still keep getting better. We are lucky to be alive with these artists.

I think it's difficult to compare. Connies voice is very pure and clean while Adeles voice is more rough and detailed. I think Connie is at a very very high level, but Adele is one of the best in the world today. I must say, that very few singers can sing live at such a constant high level as Connie though and the high note near the end is world class.

+leon25911132 This cover by Connie is so scaringly good. More so as it was obviously a spur of the moment decision to record it. It brings out so many emotions.

Well done Connie ...very pretty voice! Years ago when this song first came out I thought it was for old people and didn't care much for it cause it was sad. But now that I'm that old person hearing the song makes me wish I was young again and its really sad and its not a movie!
