Terrible first half from Collingwood, but finished strong for once. Second half was a much better effort. Certainly still not playing our best footy, but we are looking better. Adelaide were better in this game, maybe if they keep playing like this they could get a win against Hawthorn or the dogs. Good to see Dunn kick a goal too!

Daniel M I follow the Pies too. Injuries aside, Grundy is overrated. its unhealthy for the team for him to be on ball too long. You rarely see him do exceptional things at critical times, ie match winning things like a saving mark at full back, or taking a big mark ten metres out. He is infuriatingly not clean with his hands, he fumbles frequently.. he need to address that intensely. I also think that we need to have a better and taller quality back man (Cameron perhaps though he lacks experience there). . We need to get more potent options up forward. The great move is to release Moore to the forward pocket or half forward, at least for portions of the match.. he has Dads DNA to be another danger man. Mihacek is just going, and critically lacks both physicality at critical times, and not enough pace 0-10 metres. We have no hope this year with key injuries. The team tonight, the depleted side is going to be defeated by Melbourne, mainly due to the pace of Melbourne and Pies mid field lack of real pace. ... etc etc

I hate to say it but we are Donald Ducked this year.. most replacements are average players.. also we need to put Moore forward abd perhaps Cameron at centre half back..we need more potency there as Darcy has the DNA of his Dad as a tall forward. Miachek is marginal ... lacks sufficient physicality and is sluggish 0-15... Stevenson just has to get more of the ball.. he doesn't seem to think enough about improving his game ...

Pies were not too good at quarter time but they became stronger towards the end against the crows

Nah we’re resting Hurley, hookers out and Ridley isn’t 100% fit, not to mention mckernan and Stewart are our only forwards, both out of form, so our backline and forward line are both severely undermanned, Gold Coast have a really good shot
