Adding "Sauce" to Chord Progressions by Kerry 2 Smooth [R&B Guitar]

Музыка

www.kerryskamp.com/ Today, I'm sharing a lesson for intermediate/advanced guitarists. I'm teaching how I take a progression and add the "sauce" or "ear candy" to it, so it stands out tastefully. There are a lot of nuggets in this lesson so watch it several times. Learn the principles. The point is not to memorize the chord progression, which is why I didn't add the chord diagrams. I want you to focus on the ideas I'm demonstrating.

Mr. Smooth- I literally can’t express how fortunate I feel to have stumbled upon your tutorials. It seems like you’re aware of videos with too much banter and shop talk and not enough building chops. You’ve trimmed all the fat. Everything about your teaching style is so on point. Thank you for sharing the methodology you’ve worked so hard to find that gave you “your voice”. Love and Respect from Austin, Texas.

Not only are you showing us the things we crave to learn, but you do so in a very approachable way. Easy to absorb. This is exactly what I've been searching for! I love the work you did on the track "Mercy" - Sundai. I've been stuck on that one trying to figure out what you were playing.
