Its a 330 ohm resistor. You can buy it from local Electronic component shop or you can buy it online.

Just include led and a seperate battery
Why the buzzer is not working ? Have to change the battery ?

Have you tried replacing the fuse
I have some questions- 1)If I don't use the fuse, will that thin PCB trace save the multimeter? 2) if it saves but it itself gets damaged then what to do?

1. No 2. Just replace the blown out fuse with new one

Multimeter can't handle much current. According to multimeter it should be less than 10A but i suggest you to use less than 6A.
