The material for the flower is sola wood, a material derived from Cassava, a tropical plant native to Asian countries like India and Thailand :)

Leah Niederegger I totally agree! A completely gorgeous piece on its own. But also kinda fun to had a touch of color if you wanted to. But the white flower is very classic and beautiful. 😁

I colored the bottom an top of the paper like flower for more color to see what I would get , once the oil goes thru flower it felt to me like felt

There's some cheapo ones at family dollar on clearance for $2, I got a couple to try out.

When I colored mine, the flower did have a few that ended up tearing, but I think it was because I rubbed the flower too hard.

I ordered mine from my co-worker and it gave me headaches. I have history of migraine headaches so I get headaches every now and then, but since I got this fragrance I kept having headaches everynight. It took me 3 weeks to figure it out. So be careful.

Interesting that you say this. When I uncapped mine just minutes ago, I felt a bit dizzy. Nothing major, just makes me think I won't use it. I wonder if it's the scent itself, or the oil in general.

Does this diffuse the sharpie smell too? I once used sharpie on a face mask and I couldn't wear it because the sharpie smell.

Nope. I have done this several times and I do not pick up any of the permanent marker smell.

Could I ask if you can purchase the flowers separately? I am incredibly sensitive to oils - most cause migraines - and I've already found an oil that works for me, but would love to buy just the flower if possible...!

I have pretty bad allergies and asthma, regular plugins from Glade or Fabreeze and all that jazz makes me go crazy with sneezing, watery eyes, and itchy face/nose/eyes. My question is would these aggravate my my allergies by chance? I'm looking for something that'll make my room/house smell great that doesn't make me feel like I'm dying of allergies.

I have Asthma and Allergies as well, it honestly depends on how strong the scent. I recently became a Scentsy Consultant and with some many smell it sometimes bugs my head so just try having it in a bigger room or get a mini warmer, or even our room spray! They ain't as strong. So I would say try to go with a not so strong Scent, that's what works for me. But if you love a strong scent just put it in a bigger room.

It all depends on the fragrance! Some I do really well with and others I absolutely cannot use. Haven’t figured out how to decide which will happen before I buy though ):

Q: would adding a bit of food coloring in the oil to color the flower work?

Oh no the flower pedals fall off... I haven't tried this yet.

Yes ma'am! Scentsy has a manufacturer warranty on ALL products so if you receive something that has a defect in it then Scentsy will replace it for you. In this case... some of the flowers have fallen apart shortly after placing it into the oil.... Scentsy would replace it for you as long as you do not alter the item in anyway. If a warmer has a defect or electrical issue years down the road... Scentsy will always replace if it has not been altered in anyway. :)

My fragrance flower soaked up all of the oil within 2 weeks although it did continue to put out fragrance for a month or so. It was in my bathroom. Won’t be ordering anymore- too expensive for what you get.
