Yes indeed it does. It sends it automatically via email, text or both depending what you set it to.

She must be unreliable at paying out if her past window cleaner was constantly having to literally harass her for payment, my philosophy is cash on the day of the job if not then windows don't get cleaned.

I love squeegee app. Literally does everything and has simple features all the way up to advanced features aimed at large companies. It's the all in one software for mobile / tablet / PC. Give it a go and you'll love it 😀

Squeegee is ok used for couple of years but kept having issues syncing issues direct debits gett applied for twice plus can come expensive sending text messages out for invoice Now changed back over to cleaner planner simple to use not as advance as squeegee app don’t have any issues using planner

There are still many customers who don’t understand electronic payment and prefer to pay cash on completion

@@andrewcheadle948 cash on completion is good to a certain point , but there will come a time if your trying to scale up you will need to predict cash flow for payroll if you have employees etc if your only taking cash or bank transfer your giving away your cash flow to the customer which could be fatal. Elderly clients I still take cash but I am trying to make at least 90% go cardless so I have less head ache . Don't get me wrong any big jobs I will always love cash, but I just like the stress free approach to providing a professional service .

I was going to go to Scotland for my next holiday.. changed my mind. To many dodge hens!! Me thinks . I'm just about to have a staff meeting as it's minus out there.. This will be our first Vid thanks Pete and trad girl.. made me laugh. 😁👍👍👍

Superb! I've managed to work today but had to use car screen wash, it's called Arctic blast -20°c. Used it undiluted and got plenty houses done 👍🏻

@Trad-Man would I get away with the basic package to run a partime business where most of my work is Adhoc or once a year pressurewashing jobs. It would be great to email out quotes when tendering for jobs and would look professional. I'm not sure if I can send out quotes on the core package? Thanks a million, Paudie

Hi Paudie, you can crate quotes and send them on core, but the bit that we might tempt you to look at the advanced package for is the accept and decline buttons and replies coming in as alerts (as well as some of the other advanced features!) If you sign up for a trial you automatically trial on the Advanced package to see what the features are like then get in touch if you want to switch down before the 30 days are up :)

Maybe she should have paid the window cleaner on the first visit. Big red flag and I would have walked away from this customer. 1st red flag problem customer, 2and red flag window cleaner chasing payment. People like this are not interested in fancy systems just having their windows cleaned. Future problem customer good luck with her.

Use cash! Get your money out of the bank, they are insolvent and will inevitably crash, but this time the gov’t won’t bail them out - you will, look into bank bail ins! Soon as you put your money in the bank, it’s lawfully their money, the rules were changed after the 2008/9 crash! Just try taking a large amount of cash out the bank in one go, they won’t let you!!

@@carliemckay6766 I live in England, Halifax and Lloyds and most other banks have also sent letters to their customers, which in the small print inform you that in the event of a financial crisis they reserve the right to freeze, or limit the amount of money you can access. They are also going to limit the amount of cash you can pay in! Numerous customers of mine have been refused large cash withdrawals!

Nope no issues, use it daily on the phone and pc. Have you got the latest version? Check to make sure you have the latest update 😉

Not just that, we're rapidly moving towards a centralised digital banking system. Which will be completely shite for multiple reasons. The more people that use cash, the better.

Definitely a generational thing... Most of my older customers shrink back in horror when i mention digital payments..i just leave them as cash payers..younger customers definitely seem more at ease paying on line..
