How to make authentic Chinese chili oil. They key and secret is to have the multi-dimensional flavor, instead of just being spicy. My chili oil js Irresistible, Very intense, bold flavor. No skill required. Chili oil is great on dumplings, wonton, even noodle. It adds some heat and flavor to your dishes. I use Bay leaves, pepper corn, star anise, cinnamon, ginger, green onion, onion, cilantro. So rich in flavor.

    @@Gigimama119 I will make a smaller batch with the red pepper flakes I have in the cupboard. I will also make a trip to the Asian Market to see if I can pick up the two kinds of pepper you used in your tutorial. On another note can you recommend a brand name of fish sauce? I have never cooked with it before, but I would like to try it. 🙏🍲🌞😇
