The dude is Valentino and he is a pimp as well as a lord or higher demon. He owns Angel dust soul and does as he pleases or rips him to peices. He got an offer from Charlie and took it since they probably exploit there cash being a pimp

Silvahound is a KZreadr that does fan songs for Hazbin and Helluva. (You should also check out Paranoid DJ) This is actually their song and Vivziepop loved it so much she made a music video to it. PS: Angel's little emotional support pig is named Fat Nuggets.

It seems like this music video explains more of a story of “Angel Dust” with his girl friend “Cherri Bomb” as both characters got their addiction from what they loved till the bitter end of then dying by what happened to them when they was alive. For example: •Angel Dust: He is a character that died from Overdose of drugs that drove him into a coma till he later died by overdosing. Hint why his eyes are different colors. So once he is in Hell, he work with Valentino aka his boss/pimp/Abuser in the p0rn industries. As it seems sickening to witness Angel with being with Valentino that he only wants to have Angel as a toy. Also Valentino is the most hated character in the series that shows his dark he is Angel that he would do anything to satisfy his perverted needs. Cherri Bomb: She died by explosion by a self destructive to herself and with her partner that is all in gray color format. As she lost an eye in the process of the explosion going wrong. While her partner dealt with the same situation but worse. So it’s hard to know if he is still alive in Hell or possibly exterminate. Only the show can tell as he might show up in the Hazbin Hotel series. With all that said, there is a prequel comic that explains more of Angel’s story as a worker for Valentino in the drug business as well there is a music video in the works named “Valentino” with the characters of Hazbin Hotel in it. As It’s a fan animation music video that is the works but you can find the WIP version out there. Just a heads up as it’s going to be heavy imagery in the video that might not be suitable for your eyes for witness.
