Wonderful idea! Blinking is a problem while testing LEDs. Led Driver ckts come in different output voltages & watts ,for example 114v which I used with two 33k Resistances. Does it hold good for all LED Driver's.

Useful utility tks,, is it due to 4 wat resistance is it? U r shorting 185v dc with Resistance in series. Also wat r the chances of shok if u touch test prod????
