Hi! In general, Adaptogens are best on an empty stomach (like most herbs). How many times per day depends on the adaptogen, but my favorite one for peri-menopause and menopause is here (dose listed in the link): us.fullscript.com/plans/drkateld-adaptogens-for-menopause

Super helpful, as I'm currently in perimenopause. Will the three aptogen blends that you mentioned towards the end of the video interact with progesterone 200 mg and Metoprolol Succinate for High Blood Pressure?
