    @@starastronomer wanted to let you know I did the modification on my Lunt 40mm. I bought a Neewer 9” one from Amazon and put that longer Vixen Style plate on the original short sattle of the Lunt. I am now able to much better balance my setup on the Tracking mounts and because of that the tracking is now way more precise! Thanks again for the tips/Info! Just a month of tweaking and testing to use the setup during the April 8th eclipse!😀

    thanks for that i have the lunt 50 pressure tuner and putting a dove tail on the cradle rings is not the easiest i wish they gave it with 2 rings and a bar or at least give it with a vixen car already made for the cradle
