I've been a Viking now for 48 seasons. I bleed Vining Purple, & AZ Wildcats Red! I've thought about a "Adam Thielen" type of story since perhaps early High School; wondering if ever there was a Football Player with no quit in his heart, plays for his State University, & then play for the local Pro Football Team. Mr. Thielen's story not only touched me deep within my heart, I even had my two kids, who were born into Viking Nation, & are now both Doctors, & very humble good kid who truly care about ppl, & their country. I called them, & said that they had to learn & listen to Mr. Thielen's interview with Raby Moss. Adam reminds me of a Mexican Fighter who doesn't ever give up in a fight, & brings it hard with pure Heart. No doubt, there's no one out there that's more proud of Mr. Thielen's success with my Vikings than I. He's every parents dream child, & the type of guy that any man would be honored & vastly respected for dating his daughter. His parents must be so proud of their son. Now to Mr. Randy Moss: As a Viking, once you became comfortable in your position, you became a Team Spirit killer. I've read a lot about you through various Viking Publications regarding your juvenile antics with all aspects of your life while you were in Minnesota. I once counseled my Daughter & Son NOT to be like you as a Football player or person. It will forever sadden me to think that "What if" of happened if you were the mature person with wisdom when you were young & dynamic as a football player. You're the reason why Robert Smith retired early, & Chris Carter's patience... Nonetheless, congratulations on you HOF induction. Respectfully written, Santiago Murillo, Esq.

So nice to see the graciousness and respect on Randy Moss's part. Adam Thielen obviously isn't anywhere near the transcendent athlete Moss was and is probably getting more hype than he would otherwise because he's a classic underdog, small school white guy in a skill position story. Still, Moss shows no resentment or jealousy and is obviously interested and maybe even a bit inspired by this guy's rise to the upper echelons of the league. Hopefully they can remain friends over the years and Moss can take Thielen under his wing and mentor him a bit.

Christopher Pool okay look. The NFL reserves tickets to a certain percentage of the league. Not really sure the actual numbers but take this as an example. Vikings fans get 20% of the tickets the opponent also gets 20%. The host team city (Minneapolis) gets to sell 15% of the tickets. The rest is split between the other 28 teams, media, celebrities, etc so in the end only about 35% of the crowd are Vikings fans. Hence 1/3 ratio

I love his answer to the white guy playing receiver question. Is a black quarter back offended when asked a similar question? I am interested in why he had to go the route he did, just to play in the NFL. He isn't the only white college or pro player that has had to walk on or pay to exhibit their talents. Hell why should any player, black or white, forced to take that route? I think scouts and recruiters need a better system of evaluating players.

Edgar A Sorry, but your statement is not supported by the facts. Quarterbacks have just recently started breaking through the racial barrier in more numerous numbers. But they are still in the minority according to a recent census. In 2014 they were 18%, and today are a lil less than 20%. Also whites at skills positions are not extremely rare. Skill positions are defined on offense as anyone eligible to receive the ball. With that being the case, tight ends are more numerous as Whits than blacks. Running backs make up 12.5% and receivers at 17% unless you are just concentrating on New England, lol. But if you still don't get it, I can switch the situation and question to a black pu her or kicker.
