Aiyuk is a pure receiver. If the 9ers allow him to leave idk how they make up for that. They have guys who do it all like Deebo but in terms of running routes, catching the ball Aiyuk is very good and skilled.

Not saying the 49ers aren't, just saying things can be done. It's not like the 49ers are The Browns or something, so they can make it happen too.

I seen a chart where Aiyuk was clearly better at getting separation and making contested catches then any other WR in the league it wasn't even close. If he was on a pass heavy team and performed the same way he would undeniably be considered a top 3-5 receiver in the league. 49ers are not letting him go cheap if at all. I think he will stay and Deebo gets traded.

Every year this happens and every year ESPN comes out and says the 49ers are putting their guy on the trade block and every year the 49ers extend their guy in July or August. Kittle, Williams, Warner, Deebo, Bosa and this year it’s Aiyuk. He’ll be extended and everyone at this network will Pretend they didn’t say that he would be moved. In 2025 the 49ers will have to move on from some guys bc of the QB contract. Probably Deebo and/or Kittle will Be playing elsewhere.

John Lynch really cared about the 49ers future when He made that Draft Trade for Trey Lance.

All these teams continue to over pay players and eventually they almost always have to get rid of big pieces or the team falls apart. That’s why Tyreek had to go. That’s why all those rookie QB contract teams do great. Only team that has proved paying their QB big time and staying good is the Chiefs. Minnesota did good letting Kurt go. Now they have 5 years of no 40-60 million QB taking up their roster.

I would love to sign Aiyuk but to suggest he’s not going to give his all seems illogical considering he is still fighting for a contract. It would absolutely hurt his value if he tanked this season.
