Climbing is very often perceived as a super-powerful sport. This is true on the high-end level climbing, but it is less true especially for beginners. Let's look at the tips that Adam gives Ondra who has just started climbing. Ondra gets tips in order to get the piece of rock with minimum effort and power.     I'm not a climber, but sometimes climbing videos will pop up in my feed and I'll watch them for fun. Hearing his advice made me think for the first time, "Huh, maybe I should give climbing a try."

    I know some climbers with 1% of his skill who wouldn't go on a top rope to save their lives. It's actually refreshing to see one of the world's best climbers not take himself too seriously.

    God it was so frustrating to watch Adam teach Adam how to climb. I mean it’s almost like Adam had to go step by step telling Adam what to do, even after already telling Adam everything he has to keep in mind! Anyways, thank goodness Adam was so patient when dealing with someone as inept and untalented as adam

    Not everyone is born with talent, with hard work he will get bettet than even the most talented people and when you are in hard stressful situation it is hard to recall all 11 tips and use it efficiently in an instant. Be more tolerant with adam and others
