Adam Ondra #5: Tokyo Training Trip 1/2

Спорт

Bouldering on the competitions is getting more and more different compared to outdoor climbing or "old school" competition style and it is getting progressively more difficult to train for it. I set on a pilgrimage to a city where some of the best "new school" boulderers live and train - Tokyo.

As someone who edits a weekly vlog for a footballer, I can really appreciate the style. This is almost like a mini-docu series and I'm really enjoying this journey to Tokyo Olympics. Great work Adam and the super team behind you who are documenting this brand new Olympic discipline concept for climbers. Also, I'm studying at Loughborough University in the UK they have just opened an altitude hotel facility which actually hopes to look at and study the affects of jet-lag for British Olympic athletes, in the hopes that they can limit the effects of travel that you are experiencing!!
