I think it was weird at first for Adam. It’s been a while since he’s been on a talk show. Plus, the pandemic had a huge impact on everyone, & many still struggle with anxiety & haven’t fully recovered from it. Jimmy’s interviews, in general, have felt off the last few weeks. Idk if it’s the guests & they’re tired from the endless media blitzes they have to do for their projects, or if Jimmy is going thru the motions this season. 🤷🏻‍♀️

A lot of people are weird but, consider themselves "different". His band is legendary. You can't deny that. Very talented. Not many pop bands can have the soul they have. Nearly every feature they had was an R&B/Hip-Hop artist. Plus, his wife loves him just the way he is.

Judging from the things he always stated that he loved, while he was a judge on The Voice, as well as his early tastes, I have to conclude that M5 sound like they do now, simply because it is the most commercially viable sound. And, while I find he has as much musical facility as almost any musician around, I don't find much inspiration or authenticity in what he does. I think facility, merged with Inspiration/authenticity, is what constitutes talent and results in good art.

I thought we were done with Adam Levine.

Nowadays musicians have so many social media platforms to get themselves heard and famous, but M5 comes from a time when they had to work super hard for every gig they could get and here they are still killing it and steadily being such a great band.
