Vocally Adam is much stronger than sia also his technique is much better. But sia has the pure emotion in her voice wich Adam lacks.

Adam has an amazing voice, but it's starting to get boring with him always singing someone else's songs. If it's not Sia's songs, it's Cher. Adam needs to sing his own songs and quit taking someone else's credit.

Simon only said that Adam was "theatrical" in his first audition--he did vote him through. Maybe that was partially a euphemism, but he said that about a lot of people. As the season went on he was supportive of Adam, and now Adam speaks highly of Simon and says Simon's honesty helped prepare him for the industry and the public.
