I discuss a singles linear routine between the hands and feet. This exercise builds comfort, stamina, and confidence during fast paced linear playing.
Recommended:
- Start at a slow pace and build up speed according to comfort.
- If it causes pain other than burning, slow down.
- If your legs/arms burn, its working.
- Do not try them all at once. Work your way through them one by one.

    This practice routine is fantastic. I applied a metronome as well and my timing definitely got better.
