Bcoz they also knew that Cole's NXT run was over,UE broke,he didn't have any major purpose as such there;so they knew sooner or later he will be summoned upon to the main roster and get screwed by Vince.No wonder why they stood by Cole's decision.

Its actually not that hard to believe, Usually a lot of bad guys on tv are played by actually really good people. If you are a good enough actor, you just think of what it is you don't like in people and then just embody that and turn it up to 11

Adam Cole might've had the best career in NXT. He got to lead one of the hottest factions in the business. Got to be the first NXT North American champion. Longest reigning NXT champion. He was in all the War games matches, got to main event a lot of Takeovers. Adam Cole has done it all. I hope he has a lot of success in AEW it's so weird that he isnt in NXT anymore. I hope they put the AEW belt on him soon.

This guy is the prototype of what a professional wrestler should be these days, both in the ring and out. Too many people try to paint their former job in a negative light, but Cole understands that he has a lot to be thankful for with his time in NXT working for the WWE. Class act and in my opinion one of the best in the business today.

For as often as you hear about guys leaving WWE because they were unhappy, or let go after they weren't used properly, it's refreshing to hear about guys like Adam Cole and Bryan Danielson leaving WWE on good terms and still wanting to explore life outside of that company.

He spend his time in nxt and not the main roster. Vince would have made his career so painful like every nxt performer that joins the main roster.. Hunter wanted to keep his friend away from Vince and that was very good for Cole. Danielson was so over with fans and got what he deserved so of course he left with good terms, but thats rare nowdays..

I'm still heartbroken over DAPARTY taking a break.

Now he is in a feud with Jericho and i bet my ass for it that this thing is going NUTS! and he makes his way up to the AEW Championship.

HHH & Shawn Michaels have been working behind the scenes for most of these wrestlers coming into NXT and building the company with no one noticing. These guys need to call the shots in Raw & Smackdown going forward. Sooner rather than later. Vince did a great job; thank you Vince but, you need to move into a more non-executive role inside WWE.

Another banger interview, amazing job as always Renee.

Renee is so good at doing interviews. I like how down to earth she is with all her guests & it's just nice to see them have their guard down a little while knowing nothing sideways is going to happen. We get to see them in the best light which is cool to me.

I fully support Adam Cole and feel like he made the right choice for him but damn do I miss DaParty🤧, Uno Wednesday helped me through the pandemic as well as many others

He has the best smile. Just seems like such a good dude.

He’s always in Vince’s ear. Keith lee got called up abruptly, like it didn’t make sense, he lost to Kross just like that. And was called up. Cole had a 400+ day reign, and lee deserved something similar. H doesn’t care about the big guys, he just wants to keep the small guys. So I don’t feel bad for triple h, he’s not a victim, he’s an enabler.

Watched this guy back in ROH, Hunter & Shawn did good getting him to NXT. He helped push NXT to its best along with others. It sucks I wont see him on the main roster but its good cuz Vince is always fucking over anyone coming from NXT & he wouldve ended up like others. Maybe he couldve won the IC Title & have a good run but hopefully in the future he comes back

Adam Cole knew the writting was on the wall so then decision to leave was easy for him. I bet had NXT stayed the same or RAW/Smackdown would have allowed him the crative freedom provided on NXT he would have stayed. While you can say he wanted to be with his girl or his friends he has friends on WWE/NXT and was super close with Hunter and Shawn. I'm 190% sure if something happened with Vince and Hunter ends up running the wrestling side Smackdown and RAW are going to be more similar to his NXT and Adam Cole would consider going back to that.

Adam cole will thrive anywhere that let him be ADAM COLE. Vince was going to ruin him especially making him a manager. NOW HE IS ALL ELITE BAY BAY❗️❗️❗️❗️

The real reason adam left nxt because it was his last day of nxt and Vince told him he’s going to the main roster so he was like FUCK that. He quit wwe and moved on to aew. I don’t watch nxt and I figure it out 🙂 even without watching the interview. I only pause the beginning to comment.

Renee was joking obviously when she said "screw those guys, the war is on bitches." but not very deep down, she was being serious. The way Mox left WWE & went straight to AEW not really knowing how the company would do overall, & all of his interviews & podcasts he did like Talk is Jericho where he buried most of the company & talked about everything that is wrong in WWE, & being one of the first guys to do that & by jumping ship. Sge definitely meant it in a lot of ways just knowing what some of their conversations are together regarding WWE. As far as Cole goes, he's such a genuinely good guy that I know he's telling the truth about his experience there, but there has to be a little bit of competitive spirit in him that wants to either prove how good he is to Vince & WWE, or just wanting the best for AEW.
