Today in this video you will learn how to make onam special sweet Traditonal " Ada Pradhaman"
Ada is made with rice flour. These are usually used to make kheers like palada or ada pradhaman. traditionally a thin batter of rice flour is steamed, set and broken into flat bits. you can get a readymade ada everywhere in the sweet shops. you can also make on your own if you prefer homemade.
In this video, I have explained step by step process of making Ada pradhaman, how to extract coconut milk, what is thick, thin, thinnest milk extract and how to use them. please do follow the instructions. please do try and share your comments in the below.

தேங்காய் / Coconut - 2 Nos
வெல்லம்/Jaggery - 350g
சுக்கு தூள் / Dry Ginger - 1/4tsp
ஏலக்காய் தூள் / Cardamom Powder - 1/4Tsp
நெய் / Ghee - 3tsp
முந்திரி பருப்பு / Cashews - 15nos
தேங்காய் துண்டுகள் / Coconut Pieces - 2 Tbsp
தேங்காய் எண்ணெய்/ Coconut Oil - 1 Tbsp

You can get it from sweet shop and super market! Pradhman, ada, you can check in store. ada is made with rice flour.
