I was hoping for a video that explains from start to finish how it all occurs, like from resident macrophages and mast cells to the recruitment of monocytes, neutrophils and then what signals Treg to make IL10 and TGF-B. I find it easy to read about all these cells and interacting proteins that they secrete, but hard to understand how it all happens because of how many components take place.

You can reduce the speed from the setting. Setting > Playback speed> choose which speed you prefer eg 0.75, 0.5 done
