This is a Basic Front Camber kit install on a RSX Type S model car I didn't see any videos of this done on here and it's was something i was doing thought i would share,

Washer goes on same side as bolt head with tab pointing away.Washer handle facing engine and bolt head arrow pointing to tire
Hey thank you so much for checking them out, it means so much to me you should start it will only make you know more about what you drive and when you get that understanding you become that much more knowledgeable about what you drive... you should post the civic on a video response to add traffic to the car you want to sell that's what i would do ya know take care
they sit perfect, even at 120 mph i go to the track and i don't have any issues on the tires

I enjoy your install videos, I have never modded a car or done repairs myself so it's all new to me. I just got a CRV b/c I moved to the mountains, but I'm trying to sell my '03 civic si with under 80k miles if you know anyone who is interested (the car is in Arkansas). I was the first and only owner of it. I really like your RSX, bet it drives great, Keep the vids coming!

Hey Bro, just a heads up. Camber has very mild effect on eating up the inside tires quickly. Toe plays major effect on tires getting ate up inside or outside depending on it being positive and negative. That's why Toe can't be set too far from 0 on daily driven cars. I used to run -2 camber on my civic and never had tire wear issues.
Why using two on one side? Shouldn't you put (1) on each side

One on each side , preferably the top hole to adjust the camber
its worth it if u know what ur doin, if not then take it to ur local alignment shop

you would think mechanics from alignment shops would know this. ive had one where they tighten the bolt with the notch on the washer still on the outside of the hole.another where I had to teach the mechanic how to do the adjustments.then last where they tighten the the bolt with the notch outside the whole and flatten it with the impact gun.

Hey thanks, i try where i can your thinking about lower your car?? on what tho?? im really considering coilovers i have drop springs on the car now and it just don't ride the same as coilovers i want a stiffer ride on the track and smooth on the street, im looking at some jks ones on ebay with damper control i have stock shocks on the car and it bothers me on cornering track or street..... but hey what can you do right i will post the video once i get them

ok sometime when you order parts it says it for the RSX, buyer beware if it's for the E.P. Civic the bezzle is just a lil bigger than the one that is on the RSX but not that much now if you have an after market shock or strut set up than it will fit just fine went thur something be for i got it on my car just didn't record it due to time constraints
I have a question..So once you put front camber kit on, does the alignment place align it for you? Or do you have to adjust it your self?
I have not found another video demonstrating the use of two front camber bolts, except yours, so thanks man. I went ahead and installed both sets the other day but set the top camber bolts to the negative (tab pointing towards the engine) as you would when only installing the top bolt, and bottom bolt set as positive (tab pointing away from engine). I'm certain this is how it was intended to be installed for adding negative camber as I don't see another way of physically installing this set to add more negative camber. Any thoughts?

Since the camber adjustment was made with a camber kit will the shops know to mess with those to do an alignment? We used to do them at my school but we only touch the tie rod ends to adjust toe in and toe out which is camber

Yo, Ive ordered 2 sets of camber kits. 1 was the spec-D and the other was JHAP INC. NEITHER OF THEM FIT THE REAR. So I'm like wtf? What kit did you use for yours? Id seriously like to know bro. And thanks for all the helpful vids..

it is a jdm replica from amazon... i type in rear camber kit for 04 RSX
So u need 4 camber bolts for the front cause when I wanna buy them they only come in a pair (2 bolts)
so how thick are the original bolts, and what size would you recommend to fix a positive camber

How much negative camber were you able to get with these camber bolts?
criss cross when putting on lugs.

So one of my tires blew lol. I had already commented on this vid and I got new tires now but the are slowly wearing now on the inside, nothing major. I got an ingalls camber kit for the front but it only fixes 1degree. If I had 2 it'd be 2degrees. Can I buy another kit that changes for example 3degrees and use them together (in this example) to get 4 degrees or do the kits have to be the same?
Thanks for the video. I am a visual learner so it really helps me to be able to see what to do. Going to do this on my car in the spring before I get my new tires.
got the camber off amazon and no they will not work on the back they are only made for the front i have a vid on the rear camber install check out my page....

ep springs work on dc5s most ep3 parts are interchangeable with rsx parts, the reason they suck is because stock struts arent designed for lower rebounding distance. im not trying to troll just trying to help. you should check out clubrsx.com! Props on DIY tho and a fellow 04 dc5
You cud been better of whit coil over u wouldn’t need to use that camber bolt

Those adjust camber, not toe.

hey jjmax2007 i have the exACT camber kits for my ep3 but they dont fit... i tried lifting and everything but the bezzle wont go in because its to big.
yea yea yea but when you go to a shop most of the time you want to tell them that you have a camber kit installed, some ppl know others don't i always say i have one just in case

i tried to install it today. its a a b just to get the bolt in. i took out the bottom bolt then loosened it up to slid the camber bolt in. everything was good except for when i started tightening it the washer wasn't seated on the right spot and there was no gap for it to sit in. so i took it out and put the factory ones back on. thank you for responding
Would you say that the front camber stays in place for a long time cause I've heard mix reviews about it. I want to do it to my es1 but I want to know If it's worth it or just a big headache to deal with

so i finally got a camber kit and the place said it came with the front and back. it gets here and there are only 2 front adjustable bolts, and they said thats everything i need. dont you need 4? they also come with 2 washers with the pins on each bolt. wtf do i need to buy a new front kit?
I also have the same problem for my 02 rsx the bezzle wont fit through the knuckle i cant just shake it in like you did in the video; the back kit went on just fine but considering i bought the whole kit together (gsp) then i figured they would all fit.
where do I find a adjustable ranch??

Why did you install both camber bolts on one side? You only need one camber bolt on the top one.

Pat Goslin I thought the same but in theory by installing 2 per strut he's able to adjust the top and bottom portion of the mount to get more adjustability and get really dialed into your desired needs I might go the same route

@@LocalMex yea I did since I ordered 2 sets and it gave me a lil bit more adjustability not drastically though I ended up slicing the wholes on the mounts to let the bolts adjust more it's easy to do it aswell just look it its sunny channel from illiminate he shows you how to do it even thought he went with way too much camber still a pretty easy mod

Installed incorrectly
In the beginning of the video you said toe in 3 and out 3 degrees camber and toe are completely different adjustments the inner tie rod adjusts toe and your after market bolt kit adjusts camber
