Well the first step is to be comfortable with what makes you cringe. Not like, assimilating yourself into that group, but just being able go withstand them enough for you to observe and take notes without needing to look away and gag. Then, you put it into practice. Find videos of them doing what you're trying to say, copy them at first, then when you're able to get through the whole video without breaking character, start creating a script based off that, but try to put some sort of humor into it, or just be scary accurate. Either way people like that
