I think he said that because he literally was tired of Cristo's "shit". Fed up to the point he couldn't find anything else to say so he improvised that part, hence his very good "acting with no experience skills"

Yes, You’re absolutely correct! In the end of that scene where Denzel clobbered everybody, he shoved the corkscrew I believe it was up thru the bottom of his jaw & gave him a tongue piercing of a different kind. Good Day to You!

Like I said there are only about four 'actors' in the movie. All of 'acts of valor' are from commendations of SEALs who received awards for those actions. The last one (where Chief gets hit), won the CPO a Navy Cross. The first round hit him in the joint at the base of his shooting hand thumb bending the remains of the thumb back down his arm. When the found the CPO he was surrounded by EIGHT dead bad guys, his pistol empty, on the floor by his NON-shooting side (with the slide locked back) EMPTY!! When they got him back to base he had been hit TWENTY-SEVEN TIMES (18 in the vest, which, while it might not kill you, still hurts like hell and leaves a bruise the size of a dinner plate). The Mikey scene is also based on real actions, an operator took a hit IN THE HEAD, which KNOCKED HIS EYE OUT! He was knocked unconscious and woke up yelling before returning to use his M-4 to aid in their escape!!!

If the job he did in the teams is anything like the job his character does in this movie, then this dude's acted before. In very high stress situations.

Congratulations to the new Congressman!

This is how you’re supposed to interrogate someone. He never laid a hand on him but he made sure that he got the point. One of the best interrogators during WW2 was a guy named Hanns Scharff. He got more information out of American POWs than any other German interrogator and he did all of that without being an a$$ hole. The guy was so good that Uncle Sam invited him to train some of our guys during the Cold War.

@@iggypopisgod9 Not according to the State Department. He was just a man trapped in an environment full of hate and anger but he didn't let that turn him into an evil man. It's just the same when a father in Afghanistan loses his children to an air strike but he doesn't use that incident as an excuse to commit evil. Some times good people are trapped in difficult situations but they should try hard not to become the victim of their circumstances.

Another thing I just noticed those two helicopter drivers are not exactly pikers either. From what I heard in the behind-the-scenes thing it was until they started filming the first day with the yacht and the Helo comes over to drop off the troops, and the original script called for them putting the Blackhawk on the roof of the yacht. The pilot, when he gets to within 15 feet of the roof asked if that roof was braced for the weight of the Blackhawks and they told him no (one reason why military helos will usually NOT use civilian helo pads for rescue/evac). He jumped on the radio real quick tells his Squadron mate that they aren't going to be able to land so they're going to have to lower the guys on the quick rope from 10 feet above the deck that was all the planning those guys had and all the planning it took. It took one take to get 8 special operator onto a yacht they never seen before from helicopters, and onto a yacht they were not familiar with the way the aircraft move through the air behind that boat!

@@justinmiller5660 Having been a USN MP I can tell that the VAST majority of people we ever dealt with we referred to as being criminally STUPID. This includes several boarding parties. We hauled up on a Panamanian Tuna clipper (we had 6 hours of low light footage of them pushing bales of grass over the side (from a P-3 Orion)). Blacked out (only nav lights, and spotlight showing the Coast Guard Ensign). Sent the boarding party over and the CPO in charge had his lapel mic on VOX (voice activated), when he climbed aboard (from that ship they would only see in silhouette at about 5 miles) someone stuck a 12 gau in his ear and RACKED THE SLIDE by the mic.! The skipper had us a General Quarters and that radio patched through the PA so we could hear. The CO grabs the phone calls the Chief Engineer and tell him "when I tell you to I want you to light us up like the Loveboat. He waited for about 30 seconds (for us to get a LOT closer (about A (one) mile), gave the word. "Hi there this is the United States Navy ship 5 (you never gave your name to bad guys, the 5 was on the bow so easy to tell), we can put OVER A TON OF STEEL ON THE TARGET INSIDE OF A MINUTE GUESS WHO THE TARGET IS? (two 5 inch guns (32, 76 lb rounds per minute. One .50 M2 550 RPM. two M-60 machine guns. 10 M-14's (boarding party squad). AND the MK-13 missile launcher (which was freshly up graded to be HARPOON capable (1100 lbs EACH, 6 rounds per side per minute (two arms). And the arms of the Missile mount went vertical and a pair of Harpoons come up! About then the shotgun flew over the side and about 10 other weapons went too...The crew SHOWED the Coasties where the stash was (1100 lbs of cocaine and over 2 tons of pot was (still left aboard AFTER the video)!

Senior Chief looks like Rone from 13 Hours

This guy was being stabbed in the neck by the equalizer man.

I was listening to an interview with the director of one of my favorite movies of all time! He said that when SCPO Miller was told he would be 'interogating' Cristo (spell check says that is spelled wrong but one of the 'corrections' is CRISCO (straight from Senior Chief!! LOL) (one of only about four 'real' actors in the movie he said that he wanted some things. After the first take he asked for a new suit from Brooks Brothers (he said it make him look like a government pogue, rather than an interrogator/operator), and NO ONE to lay hands on him during the scene, NO MATTER WHAT HE DID OR SAID!!!! The scene released in the movie lasted something like 25 minutes originally and the actor would NOT LEAVE his chair till after the Senior Chief had LEFT THE ROOM! The actor also told the film crew that when the Newton's Cradle toy flew across the room (and that was in the script!) he nearly peed on himself! SCPO MIller is a BADASS! P.S. I am a USN brat, and have been to 'the world's most SEAL infested beach,' many many times (my parents house is about 12 blocks away) and I WORKED at the Hotel Del (Coronado, in the background, in that first scene) for a couple of summers as a teenager. When I first saw the movie (and had not heard the commentary) I KNEW that beach does not allow fires, so I wondered how they got away with it!

Turns out I was right, there are no fires allowed on that beach (they got permission and the City of Coronado) which allowed them a ONE NIGHT exception for the movie, the city even brought of the fire rings from the other side of the public beach! If you a spent any time around Coronado you cannot miss the shape of the Del! P.S. born in Balboa, spent 15 years in Coronado, served almost 2 years more at 32nd street! I been to more than one bonfire at Fiesta Island! AND YOU CANNOT SEE THE DEL FROM THERE!!!

What a load of shit. You do need are require that much firepower, or boats, or helos to board a vessel. I know its a movie, but they really went overboard. I trained to board vessels in the open waters of the ocean, I can assure you, it never would require that!
