The first thing you should be asking yourself is whose hands do you think they are? If you still don’t know, they’re definitely the narrator’s. So the spotlight is basically shedding light on the narrator and everything he’s done. And if you can’t understand that, I’ll put it in modern terms: He’s being exposed and caught in 4k

the event would be so much easier if the light hitbox wasn't completely broken

Yeah it isn’t the hit box, I soloed it twice in a row on my first 2 tries, the damage will pause then unpause, either props getting in the way or the hand doing abilities and being invincible for a bit

The barriers can sometimes redirect enemies making another path so if u have enough cash u can get all of them

I stayed up all night i had come up with a strat from all my experiences i would always get wave 14 then lose (lvl 300+ playing with decently high lvls) But as soon as this came out i won my first try.

This game is solo-able now with ace engi and accel plus support. That usually means you can beat it with minigunners and supports is definitely doable with 4

yeah

the event was extremely easy for me, I used lvl 3 golden pyros to lower defense of enemies and placed a lvl 5 dj, someone had ranger and commander and someone spammed accels so we won (also my teammates spammed barriers for some reason but we still won)

I soloed act 3 with strat, but the thing is what i dont know what enemies are comming out, the text what appearing and what projectors doing basically because when you soloing especially with a document strat there is so much pressure on you that you cant even see the actual game, you need to place A LOT of towers, and 24/7 use the commander which is also hard and you usually forget about it, you need to focus on upgrading, commanders and placing, and also read document and when comes the final wave besides of all that i said earlier you also need to light up the boss with projectors. So again i dont even know what enemies comes out besides like 2 or 3 and bosses

You should use the Goofy Defenders strategy! It makes it much easier than what it already is

um.. i beat teh event, and i did not get teh hat? its really werid, is this a bug?? can some oen please tell me.

I got the ugc top hat from the reward but I didn’t get anything from my inventory should I clicked the ugc or it will giving me later.

It goes even deeper. I won my first try solo (obviously postpatch). I didn't know what i was doing, i just spammed lvl 2 golden soldiers and minis, even forgot to use commander for the whole match. I EVEN AFKED BECAUSE I HAD TO LEAVE. I won afking the last 4 waves with underleveled towers. I think the fact i was autoclicking the spotlights saved me.

ugh we keep losing to sock puppets on the last wave and we have like 1000 mini's alot of sledgers, medic, commander, and we use the light but we only kill one boss and get a other to like 70k hp EVERYTIME

I beat it too and it took me 12 hours but this was before nerf

Its extremely anticlimactic how it ends, we get no cutscenes, no lore on whats even happening, lord exo decides to take the event off, all the buildup just wasted.

I just did it trio (our 4th left outta nowhere) and I got the narrator hat :D

While I was watching this and Elite said the exucaniner but weaker I was like revived exucanner and also nuclear monster is revived nuclear fallen king

One quick question, why can’t I equip the hat, I won and I checked it in my invintory. It’s not there so I’m very sad.

Yeah I think it is a bug because I beat it twice and I couldn’t use the TOPHAT

i beat it and got eclipse crown first try i rlly wanted it :D

I spent 15 minutes making a strategy and it brought us to the final wave EVERY SINGLE TIME but we ALWAYS LOST and ONCE WE KILLED BOTH HANDS BUT STILL LOST.. then i watched this video and started screaming because i could have done this.

I won this event by spamming sledgers so while someone is using coa and all of us in on the spotlights the sledgers are stopping the enemies and giving us time
