Using spray paint in an acrylic pour can bring some interesting effects. We are going to try a few spray paint brands and see what magic we can make.

Neat experiment! I really liked the hints of spray paint in the layers of the first one, before you did the dip. I tried spray paint a couple of years ago, to try to make chameleon cells come out of a solid background! But alas, it formed a skin and the cells couldn’t grow. Always fun to experiment, though!

No way is either a failure. The effects are totally different than Fiona's even though the spray paint thickens like cornstarch much faster than acrylic paint dries. The edges were gorgeous! The problem with the spray paint, even though it's acryic, is the stuff that makes it flammable is what also allows it to dry to touch and recoat in about 15 minutes. Spray paint forms skin before you're finished layering. Thus, when you swipe, the art acrylic just sticks to the skin of the spray paint and covers it completely. I really would have liked to see this work, but was pretty sure it wouldn't. Bummer.
