Awesome version- slower but wonderful. My mother did slightly slower renditions of the great classical piano pieces and they also sounded beautiful. One lingering note can be a symphony.

Arguably Lennon never recorded this song successfully. Spector's version seems way too syrupy and superficial when you look at the lyrics. This version (like Regina Spektor's version of Real Love) may well reveal the tenderness at the heart of it. Beautifully done.

Lady, nice voice, great cover & all that but you don't know how to pronounce Jai Guru Deva.

You have to have a good voice to sing a Beatles song or it sounds stupid

I don’t mean to be personally insulting, but “jai guru deva” is essentially a prayer, and you are “interpreting” right over the “god” part, it’s insulting to a culture and religion to mispronounce deva like this. People are right, it’s lovely, your playing and singing are touching and sweet, but it would be much better if you redid it correctly, you’re slaughtering the spiritual meaning of the song and it’s unflattering to you.

At 2:28 and at 3:40 you changed the melody significantly. To be frank, this sounded horrible. Why alter a masterpiece ? Often the justification for doing so is "artistic expression". There are an infinite number of ways you can express yourself without rewriting a melody. Otherwise, an outstanding performance.
