I'm willing to do that if it makes the process easier. I've been trying to do a backup sysprep image for deployment for months. And of all the tutorials , none of them were easy to follow and were complicated. People aren't as helpful as they used to be unless you're an admin or something. So this is very helpful

I'm going to pay £25 for a lifetime licence of Acronis True Image 2021. There's no way I'd ever yearly for this software. Once they realise it's just the fools left paying to rent software, they'll change back to lifetime licence.

People amazingly believe they need to keep updating True Image if they only need imaging / cloning features, when you can easily use an (better) older version, which I personally have used True Image 2017 for years and you can easily integrate drivers into it if you need raid drivers etc, so updating such software or renting software is unnecessary.

Hi. I have this product. I've done a backup. I finally found where my photos are but it doesn't show the image, just the name. Makes it pretty hard to find what you are looking for when you have 12,000 photos. Is there a way to view the thumbnails? Thank you

That’s the way it USED to be! I don’t want cloud storage and all the other BS bloatware. I just want an IMAGE ON A PROTECTED PARTITION OF MY HARD DRIVE or external media that I can simply boot to and recover with by simple boot up key strokes! No subscriptions, no clouds, none of the BS!!! Acronis True Image as a standalone product USED to do that SUPERBLY! 😡😡😡

That is how I do it. I boot from a USB key to take an image or restore. I can even save the image to a network share. ATI is still there and that is what I use. Create rescue media builder and acronis universal restore are still there.

You guys recommend Norton. I'm immediately skeptical.

Pretty superficial, looks like a rehash of Acronis' marketing material. $100/yr, yikes. BTW I've been using Acronis perpetual licences, with occasional upgrades for years. Won't be going to subscriptions.
