Never thought to try rubber bands. Just did a resist dye for the first time and the ties took a lot to remove. Shall have to try the rubber band method

do I need to set the dye after it is out of the dye bath?
What temp water do I pre-soak the yarn in? The Jacquard instructions say to gradually warm the wool, so do I put the wool in before the dye bath is simmering?
