Patially compensate എന്നു പറഞ്ഞാൽ pH normal ആയിട്ടുണ്ടാവില്ല അല്ലെങ്കിൽ നോർമലിന്റെ border ലൈനിൽ എത്തിയിരിക്കും previous Levelil നിന്ന്... പക്ഷെ pCO2/ HCO3 opposite directionil വന്നിട്ടുണ്ടാക്കും ഒന്ന് മറ്റൊന്നിനെ compensate ചെയ്യാൻ.. അതെ സമയം കുറച്ചു കൂടി ഈ mechanism നടന്നു കഴിയുമ്പോൾ pH normal റേഞ്ചിൽ എത്തും അപ്പോൾ fully compensated എന്നു പറയും

മുകളിലെ റിപ്പോർട്ടിൽ 7.47 ആണ് pH, അപ്പോൾ അത് alkalosis ആണെന്ന് മനസ്സിലായി... ഇനി അതിലേക്കു ലീഡ് ചെയ്യുന്ന factor ഏതാണെന്നു നോക്കണം, അത് pCO2 ആണ് അതുകൊണ്ട് respiratoy alkalosis എന്നു പറയാം, അതെ സമയം HCO3 ഒരു compensatory മെക്കാനിസം start ചെയ്ത്, pH നെ normal എത്തിക്കാൻ നോക്കുന്നുണ്ട്, so ഇതിനെ patially compensated respiratory alkalosis എന്നു വിളിക്കാം
