i think you may try to change the boot logo which customized by the laptop owner authority( in your case the government). Yes, its possible in most of the cases but its very dangerous and short process. First of all, you Just need to visit the Acer official website to check if there is any compatible bios upgrade for your specific laptop model. the actual process all explained by the official software vendors. just a little safety idea while you continue the bios upgrade that is make sure the AC power adapter plugged into the laptop while the upgrade is being processed also do not interrupt the process once it began. Hope that would be done without any problem.

Very good demonstration! 👍 I'd really like to see how to repair an ACER A315-53 with 16GB of Intel Optane Memory that will no longer boot because of a power failure during Windows System Restore, and it is now stuck in an auto-repair loop. I think I have this issue atm do you know of a way to fix it I have a endless repair loop and rebooting from flash drive does not work the screen just goes black

Mine did all that but went black screen after the windows logo loading went away, I’m stuck

Everything went well, but at the end when your’s actually launch from the USB, mine gives me an error saying Remove disc or any media. Press any key to restart. And from there I can’t boot from anywhere.
