Any USB that has enough memory to burn/setup OS (Operating System(Windows)) on it. All USB are equal in this matter. USB 2.0, USB 3.0, etc are just speed indicators, how fast they are, but they all do the same thing. For windows 10 you need minimum of 8GB memory on USB stick, I think.
