it have m.2 nvme ssd slot near ram. u can put one and install windows on it. it can tripple the speed of normal sata ssd

If you want to buy 16GB Ram, better to buy 2*8 to have 8+8 in Dual channel.. if you buy a 16Gb RAM intel Flex Memory will give you 4+4 Dual and 12GB Single channel and about the frequency,, it doesn't matter as long as the frequency of your newly purchased RAM would not be lower than your previous RAM and CPU frequency... hope it helps.. if you wanna add SSD, best thing to do is install your windows on SSD and you will see the difference. Spend more and buy a M.2 , then no need to buy caddy and remove DVD. Mine is 475G-37E8 with Corei3 6006U which supports max 2133, I bought a 8Gb 2666 Ram while my previous Ram was 4Gb 2400.. and now I have 4+4 in Dual and 4 in Sigle channel on 2133..

Quality of life improvements yep.....I did the same thing to a laptop I bought 2 years ago....it was a 200 dollar laptop Lenovo....shitty everything mostly......it came with get this ....5200rpm hdd and only 4gb ram......ooof that hit me in the nads the boot up and just overall operation was slow.....I was like this will not do so I bought myself a SATA ssd and 8 gigabytes of RAM and now this thing flies......I cloned the old hard drive to the new one and boom.....no format needed

did u put ur 1TB HDD to replace the disc slots? (5:17) and if so u need a separate carrier(frame) for that 1TB to put it there ?

If you buy a bigger ram capacity than what you have you can still mix them together just buy the same speed, for example: 16gb 2133mhz + 4gb 2133mhz

you could just clone the old drive to the SSD or just do a fresh install of Windows which is recommended

Mine is E5-475g-59x4. What did you do to figure out what the last numbers mean?

if i put it the sata ssd to hhd candy will it work...? without removing the hdd. Also does it need to reinstall Windows if we exchange the hdd

yes the HDD will still technically have the OS installed but its mostly recommended to just do a fresh install of Windows
